There is no need to pre-order a volume of fuel. All Competitor's will be charged for 40L of 98RON prior to the event. Tax receipts will be sent via email to the accounts email address provided on this form after payment has been received.
Should any the above details change it is the responsibility of the registered party to advise RaceFuels immediately. RaceFuels will continue to bill as per registered until notified otherwise.
Fuel pricing will be confirmed prior to the event either directly through RaceFuels or via Category Management.
Fuel pricing is subject to change. Competitors will be notified of any changes prior to event commencement via provided details above.
Credit Cards are charged after event with tax receipts being sent out after payment has been approved.
Fuel will be dispensed via retail bowser from the Mount Panorama Fuel Compound into Competitor's own fuel safe containers or directly into Competition vehicle.
Please note that NO tender vehicles or trailers are permitted to enter the fuel compound.
